We’re currently looking for new team members to join our Heat Solutions and Fabritec divisions. As both business areas are continuing to go from strength to strength we are recruiting for new biomass boiler engineers and experienced multi-skilled welder/fabricators.
Yet again, the Pig & Poultry Fair on 10th & 11th May proved to be a great success for IEC. Not only did we get to catch up with many existing customers at this super event held at Stoneleigh Park, but we also got to meet some new faces. Much conversation was had about Combined Heat & Power (CHP), explaining it and the numbers, plus the usual levels of interest in biomass heating and our poultry bedding product ‘Softlay’. Thanks to all those who called in to the stand for a drink and cake – it was great to see you!
Charlie Simpson, one of our most loyal Sotflay bedding customers, has become the biggest ever chicken farmer to join Aviagen’s Ross 400 Club, which recognises top performance. With a chick placement of almost 541,500 birds, this is an exceptional achievement.
IEC is pleased to announce we’ll be sponsoring Newport (Salop) RUFC club again this year. In 2016 the minis and Juniors teams will be heading out on tour, and our contribution will go towards making this trip and tour shirts possible. We wish them the best of luck!
One of the West Midlands’ leading experts in biomass boiler installations has established a new office in Norfolk to serve poultry farmers and those drying grain throughout East Anglia.
IEC Heat Solutions has been involved with over 300 successful biomass installation projects across the country to date. It has now expanded its geographical footprint so it can also design and install multi-fuel boilers for the East Anglian market.
The annual poultry industry charity clay shoot and open day held by IEC at Old Springs Farm in Market Drayton, Shropshire on September 16th has been hailed a huge success and raised over £1000 for charity.
The shoot attracted 134 guns from amongst the company’s customers, prospective customers, industry representatives, neighbouring farms and sponsors and was described by a number of visitors as the ‘best ever’. After the shoot, visitors enjoyed food and drink at Old Springs Farm.
